Being a mother is no easy feat. And when you’re trying to pursue your passion and be the best mom you can possibly be to your little children, that’s also no easy task to juggle. But it’s always worth a shot right? Right! When you have kids, it doesn’t mean you give up what you’re passionate about. You find a way to be the best version of yourself while looking after the tiny versions of yourself as well. For anyone who needs a story for some inspiration, that’s what Bree Hafen does, and she talks about her journey in the video below.
But it’s not just her story that’s highlighted on “So You Think You Can Dance.” Bree is there to show off her marvelous dance skills, taking a shot at winning the dance show and taking everyone by storm. This mother-of-two takes her job as a stay-at-home mom very seriously. But somewhere in the hustle and bustle of motherhood, she found the courage to get back into dancing.
However, Bree isn’t the only dancer in the family. Her son says that he does that “shuffle” and her 2-year-old daughter is a star of her own. So much so that she’s come to watch mom audition for the popular TV show fully equipped in a ballet too-too and flats. So what happens next? You may just have guessed it!
After Bree’s dance performance, both her children follow her onto the stage. At that point, her daughter is eagerly saying, “My turn,” in her mother’s ears. Once Bree tells the judges that her toddler wants to dance, they don’t hesitate to put on some ballet music for the little girl. And off she goes! She’s seen twirling and doing ballet dance moves that most 2-year-olds definitely cannot do. She’s a dance in the making, and that too an exceptional one.
This is what I love about children — they’re not afraid to dance like no one is watching. They’re doing their thing without any inhibitions. In their imaginations, they may even have the biggest audience anyone can ever think of. Children are truly something, and their courage is commendable.
Watch the toddler steal her mother’s thunder by clicking on the link below — we don’t know which of the two is a better dancer! And if you enjoyed this as much as we did, then don’t forget to like and share the post with family and friends!
