A devastating accident in Ogden Canyon on Saturday took the lives of Richard David Hendrickson,

CEO and president of Lifetime Products, and his 16-year-old daughter Sally.

As described by the Utah Highway Patrol, a bulldozer being towed by a truck

broke loose and fell onto their pickup truck, killing them instantly.
