New footage of the Twin Towers’ collapse from September 11, 2001, has surfaced after

more than 20 years. Filmed by Kei Sugimoto from a rooftop on 64 St Marks Place in New York

it offers a rare, northward view of the collapse. Released on July 23, 2023, the footage
