Richard M. Sherman, composer of iconic film songs like Mary Poppins,
died at 95 on Saturday in Los Angeles. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Gluck,
and three children. With his brother Robert, Sherman won two Oscars, three Grammys
and was, inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2005. Disney CEO Bob Iger
called him “the embodiment of a Disney Legend. ”A funeral will be held on May 31 in Culver City, California
