JD Vance, who has found himself in a series of awkward moments recently,
is now facing more controversy. This week, a hot mic caught Vance making a
remark about his boss, Donald Trump, just before Trump’s speech to Congress on March 4.
In a candid moment with Speaker Mike Johnson, Vance was heard saying, “I don’t know how
you do this for 90 minutes,” referring to Trump’s endurance during speeches.
Johnson agreed, calling Biden’s speeches even harder to endure, before realizing the mic was live.
Additionally, a viral TikTok video resurfaced, showing Vance sharply criticizing Trump in the past.
The video showed younger Vance saying, “I never liked him,” and “I’m definitely not going to vote for Trump.”
In another clip, he called Trump “another opioid” and said he couldn’t
stomach him, calling Trump obnoxious and leading the working class to a dark place.
This new controversy highlights Vance’s complicated relationship with Trump,
which now seems at odds with his current role as vice president.
