stay alert, and keep a low profile. Burkina Faso: Terrorist groups linked to ISIS and Al-Qaeda are active across much of the country,
targeting civilians and foreigners in attacks. The government has limited control outside the capital, and U.S. citizens face a high
risk of kidnapping and violence. What to Do: Americans in these countries should leave if possible. Those who must stay
