The Simple Hack That Made Me Stop Dreading Cleaning My Shower
I don’t mind most chores—laundry, vacuuming, even cleaning toilets—but scrubbing the tub and shower
was always my least favorite. The soap scum, hard water stains, and mildew made it feel like a never-ending job.
Then I found a game-changing hack: a mix of Dawn dish soap and distilled white vinegar in a dish wand with a sponge head.
Just fill the wand with equal parts of both, shake to combine, and you’re ready to go. Lightly wet the shower
surfaces, scrub with the wand (especially in corners and grout), let the mix sit for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
To make it even easier, I leave the wand in the shower and clean while I condition my hair. It’s efficient, eco-friendly, and budget-friendly. No more
scrubbing marathons—just quick, regular touch-ups that keep everything sparkling clean. What was once my most dreaded task is now one of the easiest!
